They offer professional advice and assistance in visa applications, university admissions, and career planning is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the education consulting industry, and a proven track record in sales supervision. Key Responsibilities: The Sales Supervisor will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor performance. Responsibilities include overseeing client interactions, providing training and development, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and immigration agencies. The role also involves planning promotional events, ensuring proper documentation for visa applications, and resolving any issues faced by the sales team or clients. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-4 years of sales experience, including at least 1 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth. Knowledge of the Canadian and UK education systems and visa processes is a plus.
