▪️Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., human resource management, organizational development, business administration or related discipline).
▪️At least 10 years of experience in positions of increasing complexity and responsibility in Human Resources, HR Business Partner and Administration.
▪️Proven experience in Facility Management, Vendor Management, Budgeting and Cost Control.
▪️Possesses the ability to work effectively and efficiently communicate well.
▪️Collaborates and works effectively with groups and teams.
▪️Is proactive in meeting business needs as well as addressing foreseeable challenges.
▪️Good with Policy Formulation & Implementation, Health & Safety Compliance.
