Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Job Type: Full-Time with opportunity for Hybrid work depending on performance.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with expertise in document management software and project planning, scheduling and management. The successful candidate will play a key role in examining project plans, developing workable schedules, and making strategic recommendations to increase overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Maintain and organize all project-related documents using industry-standard document management software. Ensure that all documents are up-to-date, accessible, and properly archived.
Project Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Monitor project timelines, track progress, and update schedules as necessary to ensure on-time project delivery.
Productivity Optimization: Analyze project plans and workflows to identify areas where efficiency can be improved. Provide recommendations and implement strategies to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure that all team members are aligned with project timelines and document management protocols.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress, schedule adherence, and document management activities for senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field with professional certification in Project Management, Certified Document Controller or other relevant certifications.
* Proven experience in document management and project scheduling, preferably in a project-driven environment.
* Proficiency with document management software and project scheduling tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
* Ability to use Office and document management softwares.
