Job Position: Call Centre Agent
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are currently seeking for qualified and enthusiastic people with a vibrant and excellent communication skills to be the friendly voice of our company.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a positive attitude.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction and performance targets.
Requirements
BSC ( 2:2 only) in any field
Not older than 26 years of age at the time of application
Good communication skills
Proficiency with MS Suites
Eloquent and Smart attitude to work.
Salary
N85,000 - N140,000 monthly
