Job Description: Employer Name: Dick Holyson Martires Position: Child care provider – private home No of Vacancies: 1 Salary: $16.75 hourly for 40 hours per week Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time Location: Nanaimo, BC Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Morning Transportation information: Public transportation is available Target audience: School age (6 – 12 years) Work setting: Employer’s home and Work in employer’s/client’s home Requirements: Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years Security and safety: Criminal record check and Medical exam Physical Requirements: The candidates should be non-smokers, adhering to a smoke-free policy within the workplace The candidates should maintain a scent-free environment, demonstrating consideration for colleagues with sensitivities or allergies The candidates should be physically capable of meeting the demands of a physically demanding job, demonstrating stamina and endurance The candidates should have experience in handling repetitive tasks, emphasizing precision and attention to detail in task execution.
