Graphics Designer

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Create designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, ensuring consistency across all channels. Maintain and enhance the company’s visual brand identity, ensuring all designs reflect the brand’s values and personality. Design and update brand collateral such as logos, business cards, menus, signage, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling graphics for advertising campaigns, promotions, and events. Design visually appealing content for email marketing, social media posts, website updates, and other digital platforms. Develop innovative packaging designs that attract customers and differentiate our products from competitors. Design eye-catching and informative materials to enhance customer experience and engagement within the restaurant. Create digital assets for interactive and multimedia content, including videos and animations. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to understand design needs and objectives. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to keep our brand fresh and innovative. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the food and beverage or QSR industry. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of printing processes, color management, and digital design best practices. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and relevant project experience. Keen attention to detail. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Experience in video editing and animation. Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles. Understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
