Job positions: Human Resources Officer Job location: Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt Job type: Full time Salary: N300,000 - N500,000 monthly Job Roles • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees • Developing programmes that enhance employee relations • Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits • Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team • Promoting equality, health and safety within the company • Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations • Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law • Recording and processing confidential information Skills and Attributes • Exceptional interpersonal communication • Comprehensive understanding of employment law • Sensitively and understanding • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations • Thorough attention to detail • Administrative skills • The ability to work well with others Qualifications • A minimum of bachelor degree or OND with five years relevant work experience. • Professional certification and member of relevant professional body is an advantage. Benefits: • 300k -500k net salary monthly depending on qualification and experience. • Health insurance • Pension
